I indulge in siren songs and straight lines. My work is a product of my confusion exorcized through material; I love to get completely lost in things. I am always searching for the moments where I stop dead in my  tracks, just to listen to something fleeting. And when I want to keep those fleeting moments, I trap them under the tension of the straight line. 

There is an infinite & untapped amount of sound in the world that I am dying to capture in my net. Working with sounds and weaving, I can hold onto ephemeral things by keeping them in the “real world”. I use both mediums because they interlock in a certain way. They are composed of detailed layers, and I am digging my way through each one.
